  • Holistic approach to health and wellbeing

The following quote was a feedback voice message left for Pip following a coaching consultation.

“Hi Pip, I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am for help because I feel like it’s the first time I’ve really had proper help with my relationships. I can tell you what I want to say and how I want to say it and you help me to say what I want to say, but in a different way, which is something I just don’t manage by myself. All the workshops and therapy sessions and all the things I did before never helped me do that, and for me that’s such a great gift to have you coaching me through this really difficult period and I realise how much of a change it makes how I say things… nobody could ever help me to formulate the things I wanted to say, so I kept saying the same things to men over and over again and then getting the same reaction and now saying things the way you help me to do it, gives me different reactions, so thank you.“
